Hi, I'm Brandon. This is my personal blog, which I started in September 2026 under the name Mx. Bleau.
I'm a Tech Lead working in IT. I took on the role earlier this year, but I've worked with computers and technology in one way or another for my whole career.
This is where I put the things I've been thinking about. It's a quiet place to think out loud, away from the noise. When I see something going wrong in the world, I try to write about how we could fix it, not just what's broken.
What I write about
- Software engineering
- Learning
- Neurodivergence
- Star Trek
- Self-hosting
- …and whatever else I can't stop thinking about
A note on tone
I write the way I talk: professionally casual. I tend to talk to everyone the same way, whoever they are. If something here is useful to you, great. If not, that's fine too. Mostly I'm writing so I can think.
